By installing and using Sevyi, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain English.
Acceptance of terms
By installing the Sevyi Chrome extension or using any Sevyi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
These terms apply to all users of Sevyi, including users who access the service without creating an account.
What Sevyi provides
Sevyi is a browser extension that provides price tracking, price history, cross-store comparison, and coupon discovery for products listed on Amazon UAE (amazon.ae) and Noon (noon.com).
Sevyi is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Amazon or Noon. All product data is collected from publicly available product pages.
Acceptable use
You may use Sevyi for personal, non-commercial price tracking and shopping. You agree not to:
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Sevyi is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sevyi.app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Price data accuracy
Important: Price data displayed by Sevyi is collected from publicly available product pages and may not always reflect real-time prices. Prices, availability, and promotions are controlled entirely by Amazon UAE and Noon and can change at any time.
Sevyi makes no guarantee that the prices shown are accurate, current, or available at the time of purchase. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.
Coupon codes are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any coupon code is valid, applicable, or will result in a discount on your order.
Intellectual property
The Sevyi name, logo, and extension are owned by Sevyi. You may not use the Sevyi name or logo without prior written permission.
Product names, trademarks, and brand names displayed within the Sevyi extension are the property of their respective owners. Sevyi does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks.
Disclaimer of warranties
Sevyi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price data, coupon codes, or other information provided through the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from purchasing decisions made based on price data shown in the extension.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Sevyi (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sevyi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sevyi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
